During your registration we ask for two sets of photos: one showing how our sensor is installed on your meter, and one that shows the face of your water meter.
Installation Photo
We'll use the installation photo to double-check the positioning of the sensor on your meter to make sure that you're getting the best reading possible. It's also helpful to have in case you're ever in need of technical support.

Water Meter Dial Photos
As you continue to use water, our system learns about your water meter and automatically adjusts your usage data to give you the most accurate results. Though our system is pretty smart, doing a full calibration by providing photos of your meter is still the best way to ensure accurate results for your particular municipal water meter.
When your Flowie is calibrated, its readings will more accurately match your meter and water bill. We'll need two photos - taken days apart - to calibrate your Flowie’s readings to your particular water meter.
We recommend taking a photo that shows the face of your water meter including all of the numbers and the dial.
