If you receive a message notifying you that there's a problem with your payment, please try the following:
- Double-check your details.
The number, expiry, and security code that you've entered to make sure they match your card.
- Clear room on your card.
Make sure that there's enough space on your card to accommodate this order.
- Approve it with your bank / credit card.
Speak with your card company to make sure that they haven't held or interfered with the transaction.
If you have placed a pre-order with us, there may be several weeks between when you submit your order and when your credit card is charged.
