I'm getting too many notifications

Increase Your Event Thresholds

If you're receiving too many notifications about your sensors, your Event Settings may be too low. We recommend logging into the Dashboard to review and adjust the levels to your personal preferences.

Log into the Alert Labs Dashboard Click the "Menu" in the top right corner of the page Select "Event Settings" Use the tab at the top to flip between sensor and water settings Simply click and drag the yellow and red alert icons to edit the event values

If you're still receiving more notifications than you'd like after editing your Event Settings, try adjusting the Notifications Settings.

Decrease Your Notifications

• Click "Menu" in the top right corner of the page
• Select "Notification Settings"
  From this page you can customize how and when you receive alerts about your sensors. 
• Toggle the settings on (blue) or off (white) to adjust your incoming notifications.

• Click the "Save Changes" button in the bottom right once you're satisfied with your new notification settings.

Note: Even with notifications turned off, events will be logged in the "Event History" in the sidebar of your Dashboard. You may review events there at any time.
