Products must be returned in resaleable condition, with all accessories included, and an authorization number* to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees (including shipping, handling, and customs) are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. We recommend selecting a trusted carrier with reliable tracking. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
