If you've installed your Flowie, its light is green, the sensor is showing online, but the water usage isn't being properly recorded, your Flowie is probably sitting too high on the water meter.
For Flowie to get a good measure of your water flow, it needs to sit as low as as it can on the water meter.
Please note: it may take up to an hour to load the most recent data from your Flowie. Please wait at least an hour after adjusting the positioning to check your Dashboard for changes in your data.
If re-positioning your Flowie as suggested doesn't fix your issue, please contact our customer care team with a picture of your installation.
