During the colder weather, humidifiers on furnaces may trigger slow or intermittent leak notifications from our system.
We're working hard to improve our system and filter out these expected usages. However, in the meantime, you may wish to adjust your Event Settings and Notification Settings to avoid unnecessary alerts.
If you're receiving "slow" or "continuous" leak alerts, you may want to try adjusting the event settings first.
If you are receiving "intermittent" leak alerts, you should disable that notification altogether.
Increase Your Event Thresholds
If you're receiving too many notifications about your sensors, your Event Settings may be too low. To adjust the thresholds:

If you're still receiving more notifications than you'd like after editing your Event Settings, try adjusting the Notifications Settings.
Disable Your Leak Notifications
- Click "Menu" in the top right corner of the page
- Select "Notification Settings"
From this page you can customize how and when you receive alerts about your sensors. - Under the "Water" heading, toggle off (grey) the switch beside the leak alert you're receiving.
- Click the "Save Changes" button in the bottom right once you're satisfied with your new notification settings.
Note: Even with notifications turned off, events will be logged in the "Event History" in the sidebar of your Dashboard. You may review events there at any time.
