The app is available to download for Apple devices in the App Store and for Android devices in the Google Play store.
After the download is complete, launch the app, and sign in using your Alert Labs account.
Menu Options
Basic navigation is along the bottom of the page, including
- Properties, the landing page, to view existing or add new properties
- Sensors, to view existing or add new sensors
- Events, to view the history of your properties
- Settings, to customize your account
- Help Chat, contact our support team
To add a new sensor, add a new property, or switch to another account, tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner
Reviewing Your Account
Sensor data
- Tap on your property to reveal a tiled summary of your sensor data
- Tap on the section to view more detailed breakdowns:
Water Usage
- View data by day, week, month, quarter, or year
- Choose between volume and cost to get a better understanding of your use
- Flip between Day, Hour, and Minute views to decide how detailed you'd like to get
- See a monthly summary of activity and use patterns
Temp
- View data by day, week, month, quarter, or year
- The top graph shows temperature inside and outside your property
- The bottom graph shows the relative humidity inside and outside
Sensors
- Check on the power, signal, and connection status of your sensors
Adding Properties or Sensors
- Tap the Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the screen
- Tap "add property" or "add sensor"
- Follow the instructions provided in the walk-through
