Within the Water Usage section of the Alert Labs Dashboard, you'll find -- among other things -- an interactive graph and written summary of your property's usage patterns.
This graph breaks your water trends down by time of day and days of the week, and displays them as shades of blue. The darker a box is on the chart, the more water is used in that hour. There's a legend on the right to let you know the approximate amount of water that each shade represents.
If you want more details about any specific hour, hover over it with your cursor in the Dashboard or tap on it in the Alert Labs app. In the example above, Wednesdays at 8 AM is the darkest box and busiest hour. By hovering over it, it's revealed that 56.5 L is typically used between 8 and 9 AM on Wednesday.
If you want to see how much water you use on an average Wednesday at 8 AM, find Wednesday on the left side of the graph, then move your finger or cursor right across the graph until it's above 8 AM at the bottom.
This graph represents what Flowie uses as your property's typical behaviour, so that it can notify you about abnormal water use. This is one of the quickest ways Alert Labs can help you identify potential problems.
For example, you should be able to use your chart to see which hours you tend to be home using water and which hours you tend to be away. If the system detects water running during a time when the house is typically unoccupied, Flowie will bring that to your attention.
