There's currently no way for a customer to delete their account from our system.
However, if you'd like to have your account permanently deleted for any reason, please contact our support team at email@example.com and we'll take care of that for you.
In the meantime, you may wish to disable your notifications if you're not planning to use your sensor anymore. To do so:
- Log in to the Alert Labs Dashboard
- Click on the Menu in the top right of the page
- Select "Notification Settings"
- Toggle the "Receive Notifications" option (top left) to the off position (white circle)
