What do the lights on Sensor Relay mean?

The different colors of the LED give you information about the status of the Sensor Relay. 

• Green = Connected and communicating with the Alert Labs system
• Yellow = On battery
• Red = Searching for a cellular connection*
• Magenta = Updating

*Please note: it is normal to see periodic red flashes. For example, Sensor Relay may search for a new connection to a cellular tower with a stronger signal. Companion sensors that are connected to the disconnected Sensor Relay will continue recording and storing data while the Sensor Relay attempts to reconnect. The companion sensors will upload the saved data once the Sensor Relay reconnects.
