Why hasn't my Shuttie performed an automatic cleaning as it's supposed to?

If the automatic cleaning hasn't happened after two weeks, it is likely that your Shuttie was in the closed position when the cleaning was scheduled to run.

To perform a clean, Shuttie would need to open the valve for a few seconds and then close it again. For safety reasons, we do not allow a cleaning command to run when the valve is closed, so that we do not open a water line when it should not be opened.
