Enterprise customers are able to create tags and organize their properties. Properties can have more than one tag. Tags can also be organized into multiple levels. It’s easy. It’s flexible.
Why is this important?
Your business is unique and so is the organization of your properties. Now you can organize your portfolio into groups of properties that make sense to you; it could be based on geography, square footage, age of buildings, controls systems, or sustainability initiatives. We provide the flexibility to slice it in as many ways as you like.
New Features with Property Organization
Add a property to multiple tags
This is not a folder structure, so you can add the same property to more than one tag.
Add child tags below other tags
You can have multiple levels of tags, if you need further organization, and see if there are any properties with ongoing alerts within a tag on the sidebar.

Switch to full list
If you would like to see all properties within a tag and any levels below it, switch to Full List view.

See the selected tag above the property table
When you are viewing properties that have a tag, you will see the tag displayed above the Properties table.

Remove a property from a tag
If things change, or you make a mistake, you can always remove a property from a tag by dragging it to the area at the bottom of the side bar.
