Alert Labs is working with Netsuite to provide an automated subscription system for your monitoring plan(s). This subscription system will allow you to manage your monitoring plan and payment details through Netsuite's secure Billing Portal.
As part of your subscription, you are able to view up to the minute information through the Alert Labs Dashboard or mobile app.

How do I add or update my payment method?
- To add or update a credit card to your account, please follow the account link provided in your order email. Or contact our support team using the chat button located at the bottom of our website, Dashboard, and help center.
What card brands and card types do you accept?
- We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, including Visa, Mastercard, and America Express.
When will my card be charged?
- We will automatically collect payment based on the renewal date of your monitoring subscription. You will be notified of the upcoming charge 60 days prior.
Is my billing data secure?
- Yes, absolutely.
Credit card and personally identifiable information is always secure, and NetSuite is externally audited to SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 (SSAE18 and ISAE 3402) standards while maintaining ISO 27001 and 27018, PCI DSS and PA-DSS compliance. - We use Stripe as the payment gateway. With Stripe, all card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).
